Turnbull & McLaughlin
An Estate Planning And Business Law Firm Serving The Sacramento Area

About Our Firm

Turnbull & McLaughlin was founded in 1985 by attorneys J. Scott Turnbull and Brian J. McLaughlin. Throughout our firm's history, we have sought to provide clients in the Sacramento area with personalized attention and skilled legal advice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and business law.

One of the aspects that made our practice successful was the level of training each of our attorneys attained. After receiving their law degrees, both Brian and Scott went back to school to obtain their Master of Laws (LLM) degrees with a focus on tax law.

Scott retired in 2014, but his name and decades of dedicated service continue to be integral to the firm. Now that Brian has taken over his practice, we are pleased to continue offering sound legal advice and transactional services in our core practice areas.
